This role leads the Professional Services (Service centre and Field service Departments) teams in the Asia Region to become best in class, as measured by safety, quality, delivery, and cost, for the servicing of minerals processing equipment and spare parts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for planning, maintaining and developing work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of its people and other resources for Field Service and Service Centres
- Grow revenue and Margin in region for Field Service and Service centre work.
- Assures contract to be performed as per agreed contractual parameters between FLSmidth & Client
- Develop and manage sustainable, profitable model for team with monthly revenue targets.
- Develop appropriate Footprint and resources to deliver on targets.
- Represent professional services to external audiences through various sales and marketing activities.
- Manage professional service team in respect to milestones, activities and goals.
- Maintain roadmap for Professional Services offerings.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify new potential offerings.
- Manage and resolve issues and contribute to business unit/area development.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with sales team.
- Provide assistance to sales team in selling professional services to clients.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to Capital sales team
- Establishes the organization structure and management systems for designated area
- Supports the company's operations and performance planning
- Undertakes executive decisions related to relevant contracts with Client
- Coordinates business activities with FLSmidth and external stakeholders
- Will work across multiple countries in Asia
- Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company's operational activities

What you bring
- You are an experienced leader of people
- Relevant degree qualified (preferred)
- Strong Safety Leadership skills
- Substantial experience in senior operations management or large complex organizations
- Sound Leadership experience in successfully building and managing large permanent operational teams
- Demonstrated expert in LEAN implementation
- OEM experience
