Program And Administration Coordinator

Managing program administration such as vendor administration, procurement, employment contracts, and invoices.
- Administrating human capital for program delivery including recruitment, employment administration, and industrial relations.
- Conducting monitoring, evaluation, and instrument development (especially regulations in PROPER and within updates).
- Ensuring administration support for organizational operation.
- Coordinating the availability of program update and reports.
- Minimum bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in program and administrative management.
- Having extensive knowledge in PROPER in accordance with the latest regulations.
- Able to manage and collaborate with a team.
