Program Development Officer (Primary) - Science

Kinderfield - Highfield School Indonesia Head Office is looking for a PDD Officer of Science for Primary Level (Grade 1 - 6)**JOB REQUIREMENT**:- Graduate with a teaching or Science (S.Si) or Social (S.Sos) degree from a reputable University.- Knowledgeable about national (e.g. Kurikulum Merdeka and Kurikulum 2013) and international curricula (e.g. Cambridge, Singaporean, NGSS).- Knowledgeable in making learning materials such as syllabi or lesson plans.- Knowledgeable in teaching and pedagogy, especially in Primary levels.- Preferable have teaching experience at the Primary levels (min. 1 year)- English fluent, both oral and written.- Have good communication skills- Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and management skills.- Adapt to changes and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent customer service attitude.- Having a Responsible to Life attitude.**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Making learning materials in Science and Social Studies at Primary levels.- Making test papers for assessment regularly.- Making Science and Social Studies programs yearly.- Delivering and explaining the programs to teachers regularly.- Observing teachers in the classroom regularly.
