**Job Descriptions**:

- Able to run reports required (according to the level) by Manager Project / Senior Manager Project.
- Strong in managing project administration, documents controlling and project contracts.
- Build relationships and adaptive to the company and project environment.
- Assist project managers with schedule planning, coordinate tasks, and monitor the timelines of scheduled assignments. Also, identify potential scheduling delays and facilitate remedial action.
- Monitoring project timelines and deadlines.
- Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining records.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum bachelor's degree from any major.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar position or role.
- Able to works with MS Office, SAP, and/or similar software necessary for Reporting purposes.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Fast learner and discipline.
- Exceptional time management & organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as a team in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
