**Reports To: Project Manager**

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting data entry for project manager
- Create meeting notes
- Manage costing data report
- Manage timeline report
- Translate all site report into designated filing system

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in the same field
- Strong attention to data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to manage and prioritize time and be committed to meeting deadlines for assigned tasks and deliverables
