We're looking for an experienced **Project Administrator **to be part of our team in our Head Office at **Jakarta**. The role will not only handle administrative related tasks, but also any other project-related tasks which will help us to deliver successful projects to our clients.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Collect time sheets and input them into a central database
- Manage discrepancies in the database by communicating with the appropriate person in charge
- Keep track of contract validity and other relevant documentation for the project
- Coordinate with and support Project Coordinator
- Regular visits to project sites
- Support Project Manager and Contract Administration in Finance Division in preparing required project documentation for invoicing
- Make sure the confidentiality of project administration
- Making claim report, checking claim report PIC Project
- Collect and reimbursing employees receipt / invoice
- Update Car Usage Report, Tools Usage Report, Transmittal Tools Report, Data Borrow and Return Tools Report, Project Attendance Report
- And other work according to the needs and direction of the Project Manager and Site Manager
Requirements:
- Undergraduate **Civil Engineering** (Strata 1) with GPA 3 or above
- Have a minimum 2 years experience in handling **project administration**:
- Have Minimum 1 years experience as an **estimator**:
- Previous experience in an **Construction **company will be a big plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in using **AutoCAD**:
- Meticulous and enjoy working on repetitive tasks
- Good personality, self-motivated, well organized, able to work under pressure, and trustworthy
- Have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, fast learner, and responsible
