Project Administration Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Administration Assistant to support the Head of Managed Services in overseeing various global projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is flexible with working hours due to timezone differences.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining project documentation.
- **Communication Coordination**: Act as a liaison between project teams spread across different time zones, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
- **Project Monitoring**: Assist in tracking project progress, identifying potential delays or issues, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to address these challenges.
- **Meeting Preparation and Follow-up**: Prepare materials for meetings, take detailed notes during discussions, and ensure follow-up actions are communicated and tracked.
- **Data Management**: Manage and organize project-related data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team.
- **Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and updates for senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a project management environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones.
- Ability to work flexibly, including early mornings or late nights, to accommodate global time zones.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

**Salary**: Rp14,000 - Rp18,000 per month
