Project Administrator

**PT. Feros Berkat Utama** is looking for a _**Project Administrator**_. _Project Administrators_ handle the administrative functions of projects and programs. They oversee the project's daily functions to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met, and report to Manager.

**Responsibilities**
As a _Project Administrator_, you are responsible to:

- Creating and updating workflows to Manager,
- Breaking projects into doable tasks and setting timeframes
- Scheduling regular meetings and recording decisions of assigned tasks
- Inputting and recapping data
- Creating goods arrival schedule
- Preparing documents
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues
- Making calls to both National and International Principal

**Qualifications**
- Male or Female
- S1 Administration/ Public Relation/ related field
- Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role is a plus
- Solid organization and time-management skills
- Able to work with the team
- Good command in English (Spoken & Written)
- Eager to learn
- Computer literate
- Good communication skill
- Willing to work in Cawang, East Jakarta

**Salary**: From Rp4,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
