Project Assistant, Administrative

This role will be on a part time basis, 3 days a week and will be based in Jakarta which requires some in-person meetings to events or meetings. We are a fully flexible Company. _**Responsibilities**- Acting as the administrative point of contact for Indonesia and will work closely with our Office Manager based in Singapore.- Supporting clients, including project set up, invoicing, and reporting.- Support with Indonesia's event scheduling and preparation- Provide onsite support with special events, as needed- Provide additional administrative support for broader West Coast team, as needed Document creation/execution/processing**Qualification**- Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills - both oral and written- Solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills- Passion for people and process improvement- Proficient in MS Office 365 and Deltek Maconomy- Prior experience working in a high growth, global organization is a plus- Prior experience working in advertising, communications, PR, or consulting is a plus
