**Responsibilities**:

- ** Partner Collaboration**: Facilitate effective communication and project coordination with strategic partners (e.g., Finfra, Alami/Hijra) to ensure seamless integration and implementation of financial services.
- ** Sales Team Support**: Act as a liaison between the sales team and partners, providing essential product information, market insights, and operational updates to help achieve sales targets.
- ** Marketing and User Engagement**: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive product awareness and adoption. Collect and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and marketing approaches.
- ** Operational Support**: Provide operational support where needed, ensuring that the technical and service aspects of the loan products meet the project's standards and timelines.
- ** Reporting and Analytics**: Compile reports on market analysis, product performance, and project progress. Utilize data to make informed recommendations for product and strategy adjustments.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a project support role, preferably within fintech, banking, or a startup environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct detailed market research and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with team members, partners, and stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Familiarity with financial services, loan products, and the regulatory environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, as well as MS Office or equivalent.
