Partner with Project Operations stakeholders within BT&S, to assist project processes to track and close projects and optimize schedule. Partner with Project Operations stakeholders within BT&S, to assist project processes to track and close projects and optimize schedule.**How you will do it**:- Establish and maintain project WBS including revenue and billing- Monitor and maintain contract reconciliation- Establish and maintain project budgets, and overall cost control- Prepare Estimate-At-Completion (EAC) and variance analysis (budget vs actual)- Drive project profitability and other performance metrics- Ensure timely and accurate project billings- Track, reconcile and work to minimize project unbilled balances- Prepare risk and opportunity assessments; develop and execute plan to mitigate risks- Prepare ad hoc project reporting and analysis as required- Prepare detailed monthly project rolling forecasts- Participate in monthly project review meetings- Timely and accurate project settlement, prepare month end project journal entries- Schedule review meetings with project stakeholders.- Work with the Project Operations stakeholders to update them with information related to project costing and review process.- Help building and maintaining project tracking dashboards used for project estimation and approvals- Assist in ERP system migration activities.
