**Key Performance Areas**:
- Implementing sport for development (S4D) curriculum to develop child and youth capacity.
- Coordinate with project officer's regarding program development (S4D) in the field.
- Support the PD Director in monitor time line project implementation and analyzing activities result based on S4D strategic plan.
- Manage monthly meeting with project officer's and program locations team.
- Guide Project Officer's in the formulation and implementation of project S4D.
- Collaborate with other sectors to integrate S4D (sport for development) projects for child and youth development.
- Support the PD Director creating S4D (sport for development) management and budgeting projects.
- Protect children, youth and adults in accordance with duties and responsibilities
**Job Requirements**:
- experience working in communities and society as a program coordinator minimum 3 years
- Have basic pedagogical skills
- Have experience in working with young people and children's
- Able to read and create training programs, and provide instructions.
- Able to provide and share knowledge based on valid and accurate scientific evidence.
- Indonesian and English language proficiency (oral and written).
- Able to work in groups.
- Must be confident, responsible and reliable.
- travel on business trips if needed
