Ensure BOM timely creation, plan and expedite materials, support production planning and assembly, expedite project documentation.- Responsible for actively managing the Revenue Recognition and Invoicing expectation for each project and reporting to senior management in a timely fashion any potential negative impacts to allow for mitigation.- Actively manage product to spec is delivered to customers on time and on budget.- Professionally and timely communicates with the customer and/or internal stakeholders, project status and any issues or changes in Project Scope that impacts on cost, quality, manufacturing feasibility, timing, performance, durability etc.- Ensure SAP system is accurate and up to date to reflect current project status.- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or Engineering preferred- Minimum 2 years' experience in order fulfilment roles- Minimum 1 years of relevant SAP experience- General understanding of engineering concepts and technical products- Understanding of commercial practices- Exposure to slurry pump set, cyclones, valves is desirableFounded in 1871, Weir is a world leading engineering business with a purpose to make mining operations smarter, more efficient and sustainable.
