Weir Minerals is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. As you will be at the heart of groundbreaking projects that shape the future of mining and minerals processing, you will be managing the high quantity of low risk & value projects that are more straight forward in scope and ensuring a timely project delivery to Weir customers and stakeholders. All of them to be limited to order fulfilment scope with the elements of contract management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high quantity of simple make to order and OE concurrent projects involving established framework. Ensure BOM timely creation, plan and expedite materials, support production planning and assembly, expedite project documentation.
- Responsible for actively managing the Revenue Recognition and Invoicing expectation for each project and reporting to senior management in a timely fashion any potential negative impacts to allow for mitigation.
- Actively manage product to spec is delivered to customers on time and on budget.
- Professionally and timely communicates with the customer and/or internal stakeholders, project status and any issues or changes in Project Scope that impacts on cost, quality, manufacturing feasibility, timing, performance, durability etc.
- Ensure SAP system is accurate and up to date to reflect current project status.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or Engineering preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in order fulfilment roles
- Minimum 1 years of relevant SAP experience
- General understanding of engineering concepts and technical products
- Understanding of commercial practices
- Exposure to slurry pump set, cyclones, valves is desirable
