Project Coordinator

We're looking for an experienced **Project Coordinator **to be part of our team in our Head Office at Jakarta.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage project progress based on implementation plans (weekly and monthly plans)
- Check and match construction implementation conditions
- Check and match materials received according to requirements
- Make alert notes
- Make regular reports
- Take necessary action if an accident occurs in the field through prior coordination with superiors
- Deliver things requested or ordered by the task giver
- Make evaluations and analyzes of project progress
- Carrying out Final tests with the Contractor
- Accompany the acceptance test team in carrying out acceptance tests

**Requirements**:

- Male or Female maximum 35 years old
- Minimum education is a Bachelor's degree majoring in **Civil**:

- Have a minimum **3 years experience **as **Project Coordinator**:

- Experience as an **ESTIMATOR**:

- Meticulous and enjoy working on repetitive tasks
- Good personality, self-motivated, well organized, able to work under pressure, and trustworthy
- Have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, fast learner, and responsible
- Experience using **Microsoft Office **(Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Preferably those who have mastery of **AutoCAD**
