Project Coordinator

**Key Responsibility**:1. Scheduling and managing tasks- outlining tasks, schedules, resources, and dependencies.- Task scheduling, creating and maintaining project schedules using project management tools.- Timekeeping and deadline management- Internal team coordination- Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.3. File management4. Quality assurance- Ensure project results meet quality standards and client expectations.- Conduct regular quality checks to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.- Implement quality improvement initiatives based on learning from previous projects.**Skills required**:1. Project supervisor: Develops a detailed project plan, including schedule, budget, and required resources. Develop strategies to overcome potential risks and problems that may arise during project implementation.2. Time management: Proficient time management skills to allocate resources, prioritize, tasks, and optimize project schedules to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.3. Excellent communication (written and verbal): strong verbal and written communication to convey ideas, instructions, and updates clearly and effectively to team members, clients, and stakeholders.4. Customer service and client management: Skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and managing their satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.5. Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute (WPM)6. Good communication in English7.English proficiency min. level C2 - IELTS 7.5/TOEFL 610.8. Experience as a consultant supervisor9.
