**Responsibilities**:
Establish and maintain relationships with local tribal groups across various Indonesian regions.
Coordinate and execute the collection of saliva samples from the agreed participants, ensuring all steps are carried out in a respectful and ethical manner.
Ensure that all necessary permissions and ethical clearances are obtained prior to the collection of samples.
Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and transportation of saliva samples as per international shipping standards.
Coordinate with international team for shipment of samples, including regulatory approvals ,handling customs and related paperwork.
Regularly report on the status of sample collection and shipment, and promptly address any issues or concerns that may arise.
**Qualifications**:
Degree in Anthropology, Sociology, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
Prior experience in biological sample collection, particularly from diverse human populations, will be highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience working with indigenous or tribal communities.
Familiarity with local customs and norms, and a proven ability to interact respectfully with various cultural groups.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English, knowledge of local languages is a plus.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with international shipping procedures and regulations.
Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia.

Pay: Rp45,000,000 - Rp75,000,000 per month
