Qualification: Min. bachelor degree in Information Technology or other related field Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Fast learner Able to work independently or in a team Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Time management and effective prioritization Willing to work under pressure or overtime Willing to travel as needed Knowledge of project management tools is a plus Roles and Responsibilities: Arrange schedules, resources, equipment and information for each project handled Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives Ensure that client needs are met while the project is running Regularly create comprehensive documentation and reports Track, distribute and monitor project documents (Report, BAST, etc.) Determine the schedule and timeline for project activities Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management Analyze risks and opportunities Oversee project management Monitor project progress and handle any problems which may arise This is a contract-based role for 3 months.
