Project Cost Engineer

**Job Descriptions**:- Monitor and analyze the development progress and costs that have been incurred for the development.- Collect data and make estimation related to additional work so that it can be used for the purpose of making contract agreements.- Make an agreement contract with the contractor/vendor.- Participate in making and reviewing the plan of development budget (Rencana Anggaran Biaya).- Make progress reports regarding project development accompanied by documentation.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Architect/Civil Engineering.- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the field of Architect/Civil.- Computer literacy (ability to operate MS Office, Autocad).- Having knowledge of materials types for construction.- Having knowledge to make Annual Budget and Contract Agreement.- Willing to be placed in Sawangan - Depok.
