Your 'day to day'
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Main contact point for Product Portfolio Manager to discuss market portfolio strategy for project deployment
- Lead end to end project deployment for market launch and maintenance
- Assess project brief from portfolio manager and ensure 100% quality to start the project deployment
- Conduct feasibility with relevant stakeholder (e.g. Supply Chain, Procurement)
- Brief and coordinate with Product & Packaging Deployment leader to ensure product feasibility checked and Bill of Material prepared accordingly
- Coordinate notification/certification/authority approval with product reporting and legal
- Finalize timeline and communicate with relevant stakeholder to ensure alignment through project report distribution
- Monitor project milestone delivery to ensure project is delivered on time and in full
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholder to solve any obstacle in project deployment and manage escalation on time

- Maintaining good relationship & collaboration with stakeholders within Internal Sampoerna, Asia Regional and PMI Global.

- Internal: Product & Packaging Deployment Leader
- External: Market, Legal, Supply Chain (CMRP, Procurement, Market Planner, Supply Planner, Demand Planner), Quality Assurance, Finance, Product Portfolio Manager
Who we're looking for
- Min. 2 years of experience in related position
- Bachelor Degree (Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Exact Sciences or Related fields)
- Experience in Project Management is preferred
- Experience in Supply Chain/Procurement/Engineering/QA/Manufacturing is a plus"
Fluent in English
- Fluent in Ms. Office
- System knowledge (e.g. PLM/SAP) is a plus"
