- Develop and manage project budgets, closely monitoring expenses to adhere to approved limits set by the Board of Directors.
- Identify and recommend necessary changes to the project plan in case of deviations from the schedule or failure to meet quality standards.
- Develop contingency plans and alternative courses of action to address potential challenges or setbacks during the project lifecycle.
- Present project updates and milestones to stakeholders, including investors, business partners, and company executives, effectively communicating progress and addressing concerns.
- Review project proposals and make informed decisions on their approval or denial, considering alignment with project goals and feasibility.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed, contracting their services to provide additional support and expertise.

- Demonstrated experience as a Project Director or in a comparable leadership position within the real estate development sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of prioritizing and overseeing multiple projects concurrently.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- In-depth familiarity with project management principles and techniques, accompanied by a proven track record of successfully delivering intricate projects on time and within budget.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and make well-informed decisions under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is considered advantageous.
