**Job Description**:
We are looking for a **Project Engineer** who will be responsible in generating designs and drawings to support the growth and success of our business.
Key responsibilities of the role are:
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to produce AutoCAD drawings using Doka formwork systems during the proposal stage of construction projects and finalize the drawings to be used for actual jobsites.
- Support the Sales Team by analyzing, determining appropriate formwork solutions that meets customers' needs (economically, and in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines) and help them convert the lead to signed agreement.
- Prepare specifications and calculations for static quotes and deliveries.
- Ensure that work is designed with available inventory and in conformance with contractual obligations.
- Responsible for providing material lists for quotations to Sales and Operations Department for shipments to the sites.
- Support the Sales Team during site visits, client presentations and be able coordinate with clients on technical issues.
- Coordinate with other departments and engineering teams within the region.
- Any other duties as may be assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Civil or Construction)
- Minimum five (5) years of system formwork experience
- Familiarity with local and international design codes, such as SNI, BS EN, ASTM preferred
- Strong design skills in AutoCAD 2D / 3D
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment on standard and major projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines and budgets
- Good listening and probing skills to diagnose client requirements
- Able to work independently and as a team player in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to be involved hands-on in projects if required
- Engaging personality and confident attitude
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia language
- Willingness to travel and be mobile
- Knowledge in Formwork Systems
- Local Indonesia Construction Knowledge
