Junior Project Engineer supports the project management with the qualified processing of purchase orders, deadline scheduling, logistics and documentation in the project. Responsible for monitoring engineering tasks, successfully applies fundamental practices and procedures of particular areas. Builds up basic knowledge and broadens to whole scope of tasks. Drives quality and improvements to minimize non-conformances.
**How You'll Make an Impact**
- Oversee overall project schedule and coordination of documentation flow
- Reporting to Senior Project Manager / Project Manager /Senior Project Engineer
- Internal: project management, Functional Departments, construction site, sub-project manager
- External: customer, consultant and vendors
- Project administration
- Setting up, designing and administering the documentation system
- Setting up and handling the administrative infrastructure for the project team
- Supporting communication within the project
- Project reporting to the project manager
- Logistics
- Planning and coordinating logistics operations
- Drawing up, summarizing and forwarding the associated documentation
- Deadline scheduling
- Working towards maintaining the project time schedule taking design and engineering, civil and MEP works, subcontractors and other work activities into account.
- Order processing
- Recording and initiating purchase orders
- Monitoring the requirements accruing in a project to ensure timely and cost-effective service provision

- Feedback on continual improvement of project management process (Best Practice Sharing, Lesson Learnt, etc.
- Ensure at all times that assigned tasks are operated in line with the QA process and procedures,statutory, regulatory and EHS requirements.
- Abide by and comply with the Siemens Compliance and Business Conduct Guidelines.
- Always work and act as teamplayer and constant sense of mutual support.
**What You Bring**
- At least 0-2 yrs of diverse experience of order processing in product or project business.
- Collaboration in international teams desirable
