Act as post order responsible contact for executing Complex Orders involving Lab & Online Analytical instruments like Silica, Sodium, Hydrazine, Phosphate, TOC, COD, BOD, Iron, Manganese, Dissolved Oxygen, E-Chem, SWAS, etc
Be responsible as single point of contact for customers & regulatory authorities / consultants for execution of complex orders.
Preparing the required documents (data sheets, QAP, GAD, PID, Electrical wiring, ITP, FAT, SAT, etc) for getting the dispatch approvals / FATs from customers & regulatory authorities / consultants Liasoning with vendors, channel partners, customers & internal team for timely execution of complex orders.
Leading Kick-off meetings & coordination with multiple stakeholders until handing over from project to service team Closely working internally with Sales & Service team for seamless execution of complex orders.
Facilitate the Inspection & FAT. Own the cost control of the projects. Maintain up-to-date tracker/ GANTT Charts for all complex orders & provide progressive updates, ensure timely completion of the complex orders.
Keep up-to-date information on regulations & documentation criteria at various industries.
Vendor Development for ancillary Equipments like wet & dry panel, sampling systems, enclosures, sample conditioning equipment, etc.
Perform pre-commissioning site visits to ensure correct installation of Hach equipment for projects and solution sales.
Develop standard work and take ownership of standard processes related to this role.
