Project Estimator

Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of a project, including obtaining permits, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management
- Prepare and present project status updates and reports to management and clients
- Coordinate with project team to assign tasks effectively and provide guidance and achieve successful project outcomes
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring timely updates and executing by utilizing AMODA for builders App

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
- Have a project management certification such as PMP is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project estimator within the construction industry
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams
- Proficiency in project management tools and related software
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, codes, standards, and regulations
- Result oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
- Used to handling various projects at the same time
