JOB DESCRIPTION

- Develop expansion plan, including finding and surveying location for new stores
- Lead the renovation project of the location, starting with the design, layout, until the outlet is Live and ready to serve the customers
- Hiring and monitoring contractors and vendors to implement design ideas, such as Carpenters, Painters, Plumbers, Electricians, etc
- Review & monitor business / growth performance from each store to compare them with the feasibility study

JOB REQUIREMENT

- Bachelors degree in architecture or interior design is preferred
- Experience in a related role but fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta area
