Project Logistics Officer

Job description:- Perform qualified and accountable importation process (permit & licenses, master list,shipments, transportion, logistics, tax & duties, custom clearance) in terms of required timing, cost, and regulation compliance.- Ensure importation permits & licnseces (NIK, etc) are valid when required.- Prepare and complete Master List- Ensure tender process and appointment of clearing agent (PPJK) and fowarder/shipper/transporter in achieving required TQC.- Ensure on time delivery of goods to designated location including considering transpotion method & route condition, loading and unloading strategy.- Coordinate and ensure on time, accountable and efficient custom clearance process- Perform contract management within whole project period.- Provide contract and other contractual documents with terms & conditions covering risk management protecting company's interest.- Mitigate potential risk and dispute during whole project period to protect company's interest- Support and proactively do coordination with other related divisions to ensure completion of the project with required TQCJob requirements:- Minimal Bachelor Degree in any field- 4 years work experience in purchasing and knowledge in supply chain and logistics is an advantage- Good work ethics- Good Interpersonal skills- Flexible and adaptable- Must be fluent in English- "Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
