Project Logistics Officer

**Responsibilities**:- Manage logistics services for projects from inception to destination(s).- Coordinate communication between Service Providers and Sinotrans CSC Indonesia.- Work closely with Project Manager to oversee operations and logistic teams at key locations.- Maintain strong communication links with other locations.- Collaborate with service providers to coordinate cargo transportation from entry ports to final destinations.- Develop ground-level logistics plans and oversee all shipments.- Provide support across different operational areas during peak periods.- Ensure project compliance with Customs and shipping regulations.- Collaborate closely with team members across various locations to achieve project objectives.- Plan logistics details such as stowage and potential obstacles.**Skills / Requirements**:- Minimum 3 years of experience in a project coordinator role within logistics.- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Arc GIS, and Microsoft Office.- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.- Preferably experienced in Ocean/Air Freight operations.- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred.- Willingness to travel for business and work on-site when required.Ability to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Please outline your experience in handling projects involving the shipment of break bulk materials/heavy lifting!**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- managing shipments of break bulk materials or heavy lifting: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)- Mandarin (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (required)
