Project Logistics Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating logistics service to the project up to destination(s)
- Coordinating communication between Service Providers and Sinotrans CSC Indonesia
- Coordinating operation and logistic teams at key locations, in close cooperation with Project Manager
- Liaise closely with other locations to ensure strong communication links are maintained
- Liaise, in close co-operation with service providers to coordinating transport of cargo from ports of entry to final destination
- Ground level logistics planning
- Participate in coordination of all shipments
- Supporting team members during peak periods in different areas of operation when required
- Ensuring project compliance with Customs and other shipping regulations
- Cooperating, and work very closely with other team members in other locations.
- Providing motivation and drive to deliver the above in an integrated team environment and proactively contribute towards all activities to meet the Projects overall objectives.
**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a project coordinator role in logistics
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Experience in Ocean/Air Freight (preferred)
- Willing to do business travel and work on site(s)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
