Project & Maintenance Senior Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:- Overlook Master schedule for all Projects in a year based on Financial Planning & workflow Project : Design - Costing - Construction- Advisor Project Cost as per Previous Project- Overlook Design Process and communication (principal, in house & consultant) : 3D, Technical Drawings- Overlook Costing Process and communication (vendor/contractors/landlord & procurement) : BOQ, Appoint Letter, PO, Material Selection, Work-Scope- Overlook Construction Process and communication (brand, other departments, principal, vendor, landlord) : Fitting Out Process, Schedule, Report, Snag Lists- Technical Advisor For Team- Customer Satisfaction- Overlook Master schedule for all Maintenance as per Help Desk- Advisor Estimate Maintenance Cost as per Last Year OPEX- Overlook Design Process and communication (principal, in house & consultant) : 3D, Technical Drawings- Overlook Costing Process and communication (vendor/contractors/landlord & procurement) : BOQ, PO, Material Selection, Work-Scope- Overlook Maintenance Execution Process and communication (brand, other departments, principal, vendor, landlord) : production, construction, Schedule, Report- Customer Satisfaction Team / Team NPS- Keep team Together**Requirements**:- Bachelor degree/Master degree Architecture or Interios Design- At least 9-10 years working experience in same position- Experienced in retail industries is a must- Possesses analytical skills along with strategic mindset- Fluent with English- Ability to adapt on over-changing business needs- Willing to listen to new ideas and learn- Excellent time management and people managementDepartmentBrand ManagementRoleNespressoLocationsHead Office
