Manulife Indonesia Project Management and Business Performance Analytics is mainly project managing local and regional projects within Partnership Business DBS on timely manner with min 5% tolerance on error and delay and also provides accurate and timely all PB DBS reports, business performance metrics analysis in order to create the right strategy to achieve business performance.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- University degree from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Project management, Report and analysis
- Proven leadership skills
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Negotiating skills
- Highly developed communication & relationship skills

**Nice to Haves**:

- Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders

**On the job you will**:

- Responsible in PB DBS Business performance report and analysis and project managing / implementation of all PB DBS initiatives both local and regional.
- Responsible for Annual and 5 years PB DBS Business Plan
- Responsible for regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboard as well as the analysis to PB DBS and DBS with sufficient accuracy and on timely manner (5% error and delay tolerance).
- Providing Business Deck (Opco, RSC, Business Review, Leaders Conference, S&D, etc) with accuracy, alignment on numbers, timely manner.
- Responsible for ensuring alignment on report between respective Dept within Manulife, Regional as well as DBS.
- Responsible for IS / RSM annual / quarterly target and compensation monitoring, design initiation for revision until approval, report and implementation.
- Headcount (RM/IS/Sales Leaders both MLI and DBS) report, movement, LoS, level, sanction including providing warning letter, etc
- Responsible for handling regular audit from Banca, Manulife as well as external.
- Project Management of all DBS-Manulife projects both local and regional
