**Job Description**:
- Develop and maintain project schedules' Action Plan, ensure projects are effectively planned and organized;
- Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to prevent project delays;
- Control multiple projects simultaneously, track and report project milestones to Project Leader;
- Develop & Analyze current processes, reports, capacity of user groups, guidelines, and setup required by the assigned projects (including but not limited to work flow, reports and business rules);
- Actively seek methods to enhance overall operations department effectivity, efficiency and performance. (This can mean taking a more active role in day-to-day work within the project life-cycle or identifying opportunities for improved efficiency or effectiveness at the organizational level);
- Provide the recommendations related to implementation of the related projects and resolve issues and solve problems in the responsible areas throughout the project cycle;
- Perform any tasks as assigned by the Project Leader in setup, testing and roll-out or projects;
- Support various assignment from Operations team Department.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree, graduated
- Fluent in English is a must
- Well organized with great attention to detail
- Persisent, energetic, agile and resilient
- Willing to work on flexible schedule
