We are in search of Project Management Engineer (for 5 months contract extendable ) responsible to work closely with PME team on 80/20 rule of project management. Accuracy of Forecast; Accuracy of Costing in execution of project works; targeting 100/0 goal and Zero CONC.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ownership of Overall accuracy of costing of project works
- Ownership of Overall accuracy of Bill of Materials of project works
- Ownership of Project F/Cast monthly on assigned projects (based on Revenue Recognition)
- Work closely with Project Management Engineering team and Seven Tasks of Value Stream Mapping for Business Improvement
- In material planning of automation components, hydraulic components and third party products for project consumption
- In preparing automation concept drawing, cable schedule, electrical installation layout and hydraulic installation layout for better project implementation.
- Work closely with Project Management Engineering team on following:
- Support front line Project Sales Team in Overall Costing requirement for project tendering in tight submission date
- Identifying right Supplier for projects procurement before passing to SCM team for procurement
- Lead Coordinator for Quote-to-Cash for project works
**Background & Skills**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in as project engineer
- Able to lead and have good supervisory skills.
- Project management skills and able to meet multiple deadlines
- Working experience Processing Industries preferred.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Good conflict management and negotiations skills.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Have managed and lead a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- AUTOCad skillset.
- Well versed in MS Office Applications.
