**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the efficient and effective execution of projects, contributing to the overall success and strategic advancement of the organization.
- Became a middleman between strategic objectives and project execution, ensuring that projects not only contribute to the organization's goals but are also executed in a streamlined and effective manner.
- Working closely with different stakeholder to understand the problem, suggestion, and bottleneck to implement the solution that fit business needs.
- Conveying technical information to possibly non-technical audiences.
- Produce clear report with project handled, which will be presented to management or other stakeholders.
- Focus on understanding client needs and ensuring that the delivered system aligns with client expectations and requirements.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for new business by leveraging insights from related projects.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements based on project experiences.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in overseeing projects with a strategic perspective, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and project tracking.
- Strong ability to work closely with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, understanding their requirements, and fostering positive relationships.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical audiences, ensuring clear understanding.
- Agile and adaptable, capable of navigating changes and adjusting project strategies to meet evolving stakeholder needs and project requirements.
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships beyond project requirements.
