They aim to serve 300 million users by 2030.**Job description**:- Leading and collaborating projects efficiently across functions and departments, both locally and regionally- Understand the root cause of issues, constructing a solution to eliminate issues and mitigate future risks, and implement and monitor performance- Defining business requirements and high-level process/system solutions- Managing and reporting timelines and deliverables- Communicating with a direct report on status, risks, and results- Driving the project towards completing, with a high sense of ownership and quality- Anticipating and escalating issues quickly and efficiently, as necessary to allow proper corrective action/decision- Build, manage and strengthen the engagement and support with cross functional team within the Indonesian and regional team**Requirements**:- Minimum 5 years experience in product and/or project management from e-commerce, tech or consulting- Experience in building relationships and driving negotiations with stakeholders and working together to ensure project success- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially Excel- Ambitious and pro-active individual, willing to learn how to work within a team and independently- Able to work under pressure and to learn in a fast-moving environment- Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking in English and Indonesian**Call for Action**:
