Project Management Officer

Initiate, plan, develop and monitor new products/services for a freight forwarding company from the early stage to end

Conduct a deep-dive analysis and evaluation on existing services through data, tests, and give recommendations based on the

Engage closely with other stakeholders in the company to gather information and formulate new ideas

Able to conduct market research to capture the demand in the freight industry and able to identify and implement solutions to it

Identify obstacles and able to map out solutions by challenging existing operational mechanism and way of thinking

Responsible to develop, evaluate and improve all product or service offerings of the company by utilizing project management tools and standards
Obtained a Bachelor or Masters degree from reputable universities in Indonesia or overseas with the major of Management, Business, Communication, Logistics, Supply Chain, or other relevant backgrounds

At least 2-3 years of working experience in project management or development from any industries (having knowledge of supply chain management is a strong plus)

Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia

Great team player and have a demonstrated ability to lead a team

Have a passion for learning, improving, and contributing to projects with a strong sense
