1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary - (Role Summary)
Post Sales/Project Management Staff is responsible for Processing Orders, Supervising Project Management and Execution the relevant contracts and as per requirement
Project Management & Sales Administration 60%
- Ensure Sales Forecast for specific orders is achieved each month.
- Service clients after contract has been signed and returned
- Liaise with the customers to ensure proper execution of orders and on-time delivery
- Liaise with owner's representatives, consultants and local authorities for the issuance of permits and licenses, if any.
- Liaise with Logistics department to ensure timely execution of customers orders
- Ensure that sub-contract works/supplies assigned to the appointed registered contractods and suppliers are completed on-time
- Order bought-in project items for projects including cable accessories
SALES ADMINISTRATION 40%
- Develop reports and templates.
- Co-ordinate the completion of all monthly and annual reports as required.
- Prepares numerical data in computerized tables, graphs, charts, or diagrams.
- Manages customers database.
- Services clients after contract has been signed and returned.
- Proper submission of documentation to the customers for approval etc in conjunction with the technical department as per tender requirements.
- Ensure that the relevant documentations are in order. Such as customs forms, shipping documents, etc.
- Timely manage the SAP System for Orders, Invoicing, Customer master data, and other related project documentationsMonitor and report on project management activity
- Produces monthly Sales reports and forecasts.
- Produce reports for clients' contracts and delivery status.
2. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Work and Behavioural Competencies/Skills - Experience and knowledge of sales principles and techniques - Knowledge of Prysmian products and markets - Ability to set working instruction to be efficient but remain flexible when customer or project conditions required - Highly computer literate
Qualifications - University degree or Diploma in any discipline, preferably from Engineering or technical background - 1-2 years industry experience Experience - Minimum 3 years in field Project Management and preferably in EPC Projects
