Project Manager Catering

Diploma IV (D4) or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Food Production, Accounting, Management background from reputable Hotel Institute/ University / Institute.
- Must have at least 3 years experience at 4 stars hotel as Food & Beverage Manager and/or having 10 years experience as Project Manager at International oil and Gas project or similar field with minimum 3 projects, of which 2 projects were in remote locations (with capacity at least 1000 POB)
- Must have at 2 experience in mobilizing and demobilizing contract with capacity at least 1000 POB.
- Must have an excellent skill in logistics planning, managing production and hotel/camp management.
- Extensive practical knowledge of international standards for food handling (e.q. HACCP),to include storing, preparing, serving, and disposing.
- Understand HSE matter, regulations, code and standards applicable to all work items under the contract.
- Have excellent skills in; analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, communication, planning and organization.
- Having good knowledge of Microsoft Office operations
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Gaji: Rp30.000.000 - Rp40.000.000 per bulan
