Project Manager [Coal Mining]

**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible for supervising mining engineering projects, ensuring that project progress, quality, and safety meet established requirements.
- Oversee the entire process of mining engineering construction, including construction techniques, construction quality, and equipment installation.
- Control the quality standards of mining engineering, promptly providing rectification advice and supervising the implementation for any non-compliant situations.
- Participate in engineering quality inspections and acceptance work to ensure that project quality meets expected goals.
- Track the construction progress of mining projects, compare with the plan, and promptly coordinate to address issues affecting the schedule.
- Strengthen safety supervision and management on the mining project site, ensuring the effective implementation of safety measures. Timely identify and address safety hazards to prevent accidents.
- Responsible for quality management, cost control, equipment management, and on-site coal miner management in the mining operations.

Job Requirements:

- Associate degree or above, with a preference for majors in Mining Engineering, Mineral Processing, or related fields.
- More than 3 years of practical experience in on-site coal miner management and mining engineering supervision.
- Familiar with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, possessing professional knowledge in production, technology, safety, and environmental protection.
- Strong leadership, organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with good professional ethics, a meticulous work attitude, and a high sense of responsibility
