**About the Role**

As our Project Manager, you'll take the wheel in supporting and executing all strategic projects and growth initiatives for the Payment and Lending business.
With full accountability over the analysis, implementation, and tracking of all ongoing initiatives to achieve business objectives, you'll steer experiments that will unlock growth opportunities, analyze actionable insights, and support the team in rolling out strategic initiatives to ensure the team achieves the stipulated key business goals in a timely manner.
With your thorough and well-developed strategic analysis, you'll help the team in guiding the decision-making process that will drive the trajectory of the company's business and financial endeavors.
**What You Will Do**:

- Determine relevant metrics to measure project's success and work with Data Team to create dashboards
- Generate reporting and recommendation to management on overall Payment Business performance
- Act as PMO, monitor all ongoing projects, and ensure its completed on time and with quality initiatives involving various team members
- Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to ensure all action items are completed
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification

**What You Will Need**:

- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment (management consulting and giant fast-paced startup would be preferred)
- Knowledge of financing industry
- High work-ethic, most likely exemplified by involvement in student societies/extracurricular activities/work
- A go-getter attitude with a fearless and positive mindset to tackle complex problems
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent communication (English is a must) and interpersonal skills, a team player with a hands-on approach
- Adaptable to new and fast-changing environments with a proven ability to succeed in challenging environments that stretch you to your limits
- Strong analytical skill

**About the Team**

In Commerce Enablement, we consistently strive to implement solutions that allow our merchant-partners in Indonesia (and the greater Southeast Asian region) to sell their products both online and offline.
We also work to improve the merchant-partner experience by product innovation and integration with the rest of the Gojek ecosystem.
The Payment and Lending team works closely with Strategy & Growth Team, Marketing, Product Ops, Engineering, as well as Product Team and we are currently hiring for 2 more team members.
Our portfolio of products include merchant-facing solutions that enable our merchant-partners to sell their goods and services both online and offline.
Southeast Asia is a highly dynamic market, where products have to react promptly to market trends and shifts, and where the Strategy and Growth team needs to be flexible in experimenting and iterating fast.
With that in mind, the Strategy & Growth team's challenges are very diverse ranging from very operational to very strategic questions in order to drive company growth and scalability.
To tackle these challenges, we move fast and drive data-driven decision-making and planning across the organization.
We're a highly flexible team that holds each individual accountable for their own delivery of Key Results and initiatives.
We operate through Zoom calls (30%), WhatsApp (25%), Asana and Slack (45%).
