**Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing and directing projects from start to finish
- Supervises work of project administration staff and construction engineers
- Forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue to project estimates
- Coordinates with construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established safety goals
- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc to define project specifications
- Coordinate efforts across projects between architects, designers, engineers and subcontractors
- Understanding to determine and estimate the required resources from start to finish
- Ability to plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
**Requirements**:
- Minimum have 4 - 5 years of experience in Project Manager Construction role
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
- Have experience working on retail projects, preferable in Aesthetic Clinic projects
- Having knowledge of construction technology and details and extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
- Have good communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
- Have problem solving skills involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment, etc.
