Project Manager

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree from Business Management/Information Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Engineering/Information Management or related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

2. Minimum 4 years of overall work experience and knowledge of project management.

3. Have competency in Project Management Methodologies, Project Planning, Resource Management, Budget Management, Risk Management, Quality Management, Change Management.

4. Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

**Job Description**:
1. Develop KPI team members and conduct regular coaching & counseling to improve team performance.

2. Regularly monitor the team's work and provide direction according to responsibilities in each area.

3. Plan, organize and supervise the progress of the used car sales website development project, and ensure the project runs according to the schedule, budget and quality standards set.

4. Coordinate the development team, ensure each team member understands their duties and responsibilities, and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the smooth running of the project.

5. Monitor and evaluate project progress periodically, identify risks, and overcome obstacles to ensure the project runs smoothly towards achieving predetermined goals.

6. Organize presentations to potential partners or clients to and coordinating in line with internal and external vision.

**Experience**:

- Project Management: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Six Sigma (preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred)
