PROJECT MANAGERResponsibilities:Ensure and collaborating projects efficiently across functions and departments, both locally and regionally. Understand the root cause of issues, constructing a solution to eliminate issue and mitigate future risks, and implement and monitor performance.Communicating with a direct report on status, risks, and results.Driving the project towards completing, with a high sense of ownership and quality.Anticipating and escalating issues quickly and efficiently, as necessary to allow Ensure smooth communication among project stakeholdersData driven based insights and vision on user experience development;Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budgetDevelop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the projectMeasure project performance using appropriate project management tools**Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, engineering or a related fieldProven ability to solve problems creativelyStrong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practicesWilling to learn quickly on industry practices, techniques and standardsExcellent analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills and extremely resourcefulProven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timelineExcellent proficiency in English and Bahasa IndonesiaExperience working in multinational companyAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Project Management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)License/Certification:- Six Sigma (preferred)- Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred)
