**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will manage projects of medium complexity with limited supervision. You will manage all facets of multiple projects, in accordance with ACI's project management methodology. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the development and implementation process of the company's products and services, coordinating departmental or cross-functional teams, and overseeing projects from initiation through to implementation and delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand and adhere to all corporate policies, including ACI's Code of Ethics and
Global Information Security.
- Monitor project scope and baseline to ensure delivery compliance.
- Develop project plans, schedules, agreements and proposals, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget.
- Manage all aspects of the project including research, analysis, documentation, design/development, testing, negotiation, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, deliverables, project closure and post-rollout review/audit.
- Establish and review business control requirements.
- Deliver quality reviews and resolve any deficiencies.
- Manage project issues and risks (technical and non-technical) through identification, evaluation, tracking, communication, and mediation.
- Develop and present project documentation to all project stakeholders.
- Obtain needed resources, establish a project team, and delegate individual responsibilities.
**Mandatory Skills & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5-7 years of related experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- PMI Certification, working towards obtaining or equivalent which may include experience.
