- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in managing projects from conception through construction and completion of the architectural project
- Able to work in a team and making sure that project meets quality, schedule, contractual, and budget goals
- Knowledge of materials and construction
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
- Proactive, fast learner, can work under pressure and in fast-paced environment
