**Summary**
A Project Manager is a position that manages end-to-end processes of subtitling projects, including internal and external resources, actions, budgets, and timeframes. As a Project Manager at _**Bespoke Lab,**_ you will be performing various managing tasks, such as active communication related to the projects with internal and external resources, project schedule management, and risk management, along with administrative duties, such as project documentation and invoicing queries. In order to succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and time management skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver best-in-class outputs on deadlines. Additionally, the ability to multitask is key to achieving great results in this role.
**Responsibilities**
- **Project Planning and Execution**:_
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of subtitling projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and establish project workflows.
- **Client Communication and Relationship Management**:_
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding subtitling projects, managing client expectations, and addressing project-related inquiries and concerns.
- Cultivate positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Budget and Resource Management**:_
- Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
- Allocate resources, including personnel, tools, and technology, to optimize project efficiency and meet project requirements within budget constraints.
- **Risk Management and Issue Resolution**:_
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop proactive mitigation strategies to address them.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the project plan, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:_
- Generate regular progress reports, project status updates, and other project documentation to communicate project status, milestones, and key metrics to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and archives for future reference and auditing purposes.
**Qualifications**
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in the media localization industry
- Indonesian native speaker with professional to native proficiency in English
- Able to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking, and time-management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with TV distribution and subtitling (templates, SDH/CC, Forced Narratives)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, G-suites, and Apple computers
- Highly analytical and meticulous
- Able to work under pressure and with mínimal supervision
Pay: Rp6,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
