**About the Role**:
The project manager will be responsible for the business activities, planning, organizing, and overseeing the execution of a project from start to finish. Their main role involves coordinating various resources, stakeholders, and tasks to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the desired objectives.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Planning and controlling product costs, quality, deadline, and budget of the project
- Close cooperation with all departments, customers and suppliers involved in the project
- Project organization and proper project implementation
- Ensuring the flow of information between the project participants
- Making or bringing about decisions within the framework of the project
**Who we are looking for**:
- Planning and organization of the project
- Transparent approach towards goals, organization and results over the entire duration of the project
- Monitoring the progress of the project
- Monitoring the work of the project participants
- Preparing report on the status of the project
- Tracking of open points and deviations of the defined project scope
- Representation of the project in the higher-level committees (internal and external)
- Leadership, organization and motivation of the project team
- Managing of the project budget in coordination with sales and controlling
- Business trips
**Your preferred qualifications**:
- Technical university degree or relevant
- Professional experience and good knowledge of project management (ideally in processes in the automotive industry)
- Good moderation and presentation skills
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluent in spoken and written** English**:

- Analytical, strategic, and comprehensive thinking and action taking skills
