As a Project Manager for Process Automation business, you will be responsible for leading the execution of medium-size projects and ensuring that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards, contractual agreements, quality standards, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements, financial targets and schedule commitments. Reporting to Local Service Manager, you will be leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach and overseeing project hand-over, execution of planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Ensuring compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirements
- Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risks and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued
- Ensuring that the project consistently applies contract and claims management in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreements
- Building and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicating with all stakeholders
- Creating project HSE plans and ensures that common HSE policies and reporting are implemented across the project with all stakeholders, including collaboration/consortium partners and sub-suppliers
- Leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables and meet the committed project result
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in physic instrumentation / mechanical / industrial / any other engineering field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management role, includes 3-4 years in automation within the oil and gas / utilities / petrochemical / metal mining / smelter
- PM certification - PMP or equivalent PM certification from multinational companies
- Knowledge of using Microsoft projects, SAP, and PR+ will be added advantage or having used similar enterprise resource and data management system for PM process implementation
- Project execution experiences with local ID regulations standards shall be an add-on
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
