**Job Title: Project Manager**
**Hiring Manager : Head of Implementation**
**Location: Jakarta, Indonesia**
**What do you get to do?**
- Convene stakeholders and provide regular project reports to senior management.
- Provide technical support to business development efforts, such as requirements gathering, initial technical support, advising on and overseeing client integration projects.
- Liaise with the Engineering team to ensure product strategy is represented in development priorities.
- Liaise with Business Development and General Management teams to align product vision with short and long-term business goals.
- Interact with clients, third-parties, suppliers, and contractors as needed.
- Work together with various Financial Institutions from various countries
- Lead "Discovery/Innovation Sessions" to identify opportunities that delight the customer and enhance operational effectiveness in a meaningful way.
- Execute assigned projects in accordance with PMI standards enabling successful business outcomes.
- Produce high quality documentation for requirements, solution options, business cases, and recommendations on proposed solutions.
- Participate as a change agent to implement new strategic directions and technology decisions.
- Other duties and responsibilities as required.
**What do we look for in you?**
- You are proficient in the English language.
- You are proficient in the Bahasa language.
- You have at least 5 years of IT project management work experience.
- You have significant experience, ideally with formal training and hands-on experience, with Agile/Scrum.
- You have excellent prioritization and planning sense, and you can quickly adapt your plans as circumstances change.
- You actively seek out opportunities to learn and develop; you enjoy being out of your comfort zone and diving into new environments.
- Well-versed with Fintech Innovations and trading in the South East Asian Market
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box
- Technical acumen and familiarity with API's, programming languages, and databases
- Familiarity with integrations with bank and non-bank entities in the region is a plus
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, presentation) to all levels of the organization.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with key internal/external customers and approach every challenge with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Strong change management skills and the desire to make a difference.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in accordance with PMO standards and processes.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated career growth with increasing levels of project scope and influence.
- Experience leveraging cloud solutions to accelerate business value driven projects is preferred.
- Ability to influence and gain the support of key stakeholders across the organization.
