We're looking for an experienced **Project Manager CMEP **to be part of our team in our Head Office at Jakarta.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Manage project progress based on implementation plans (weekly and monthly plans)
- Starting a project is like checking feasibility and assembling a budget, team, and resources
- Develop and implement technical planning which includes setting goals and objectives, determining roles and scheduling tasks to suit company needs
- Lead and motivate project teams
- Manage projects which includes coordinating the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget and within the working budget
- Carry out monitoring and control activities to track project progress
- Identify and manage risks to ensure projects are on time
- Make regular reports to management and the company
- Evaluate successes and challenges to enhance learning for each project
**Requirements**:
- Male or Female maximum 45 years old
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in **Civil Engineering**:
- Minimum **8 years working experience **as **Project Manager**:
- Having previous experience in Property Development is more desirable
- Able to create, understand working drawings and RAB
- Mastering design software (AutoCAD or similar) at least 2D/3D
- Meticulous and enjoy working on repetitive tasks
- Good personality, self-motivated, well organized, able to work under pressure, and trustworthy
- Have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, fast learner, and responsible
- Experience using **Microsoft Office **(Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
